Tom Green

Tom Green is a Partner with Kimel & Rowe Law LLP . His practice is primarily litigation focused. Tom has concentrated his practice in family, civil litigation and trade-mark law. Tom meets with all clients personally to fully understand and appreciate their needs and wishes.

Tom provides his family law clients with committed service and honest candor. Based on his client’s needs, Tom can prepare cohabitation, prenuptial and separation agreements. Tom also spends a lot of time in court, litigating on behalf of clients in matters involving divorce, custody, access, support and property division and both the British Columbia Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

Jim’s practice also focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury, estate litigation, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, construction liens, negligence and wrongful death claims. Tom has appeared at Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court representing clients on a variety of motions, actions and applications.

Since his call to the Bar in 2012, Jim’s practice has grown exponentially. In 2014, Tom became North York’s only Trade-mark Agent, representing clients in obtaining intellectual property for their businesses. He has also prosecuted and defended trade-mark actions in the Federal Court of Canada and helped clients achieve favourable settlements in highly contested matters.
